The oven is designed with spring-loaded doors and insulated wall construction for enhanced heat retention. Its exterior is crafted from stainless steel for durability, while the baking stones are made from 1-1/2 inch Fibra-ment. The oven delivers a powerful output of 132,000 BTUs and is supported by four sturdy stainless steel legs. Additionally, it holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility in fuel options.
