The Trion CB100 whole-home fan-powered humidifier uses evaporative humidification to circulate humidity throughout your home. Unlike bypass or flow-through humidifiers that rely on positive pressure in your HVAC system to move a limited amount of air through the humidifier, the fan-powered unit uses an internal fan to pull in warm air from your HVAC system through the unit and push it right back into your system. Not only is this a more efficient way to humidify the air in your home, but it also results in a simpler installation since you are only installing the unit on the supply side of your system and no bypass duct is required.

The Trion CB100 is capable of producing up to 20 gallons per day and comes equipped with a humidistat that supports manual humidity control only. The user sets indoor humidity levels by hand.
